United Wheelchairs provides a 6 month warranty from the manufacture on any material defects caused by the  production and/or manufacturing of the product purchased.

 Motor / Electronic Repair
 
All repairs and rebuilds come with a 90 day conditional warranty.  Warranty is void if unit has been opened.  

 Terms and Conditions
 
All products are guaranteed providing they are properly installed and when used
under normal wear and tear. United Wheelchairs is not responsible for any
damages including but not limited to: Wages, lost revenue, third party claims, or
any other unrelated incidents occurring from the defective material and / or
workmanship. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion
of United Wheelchairs.

Required Documentation and instructions for Returns

  • Return Authorization number must be obtained within 20 calendar days from purchase date.

  • All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of issuance date of authorization number.

  • RA (return authorization number) must be marked clearly and visible on the box.

  • Copy of invoice with items listed must be submitted.  If item (s) returned is/are not listed on invoice (or invoice doesn't match product returned), product will be returned if we are unable to determine appropriate invoice applicable. 

  • Freight paid to United Wheelchairs is at customers expense and won't apply to credit processed.

  • United Wheelchairs is not responsible for misuse or damage during transport and must be reported to carrier once package is received.

  • All merchandise returns are subject to inspection.

  • Any merchandise unsuitable for resale and not in the same condition as purchased, will not be accepted.

  • All returns accepted within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

  • Returns received outside of 30 days (starts 3 days after RA issue date) will remain property of  purchaser and will be returned via the least expensive shipping method within 3 business days of receipt.  All returns accepted will be credited back in the form of the initial payment within 3-5 business days.

  • All Special, Custom, Clearanced, Discontinued, New or Used Electrical items are not returnable.

  • We reserve the right to replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
